Went to the Harley Davidson St Pattys day party this weekend. Apparently they needed APD, Gang task unit, and a undercover walking around. There was only one MC there, (The Last Remaining Few, a 1%er Club from South Ga) and they were friendlier than the APD officers. They werent even rowdy.
Now take a look at APD. They arrest their own officers quite regularly. If they got rid of the entire PD, it would cut the crime rate in half.
@rollandkirby MOST of the cops in this area aren't worth a damn. and that's Dougherty County and Lee County, (city PD's and drug units included) and most of the GSP's that are around here. It's all just about making money for city, county, or state. they dont care who what why where how so long as they can charge someone with something and get that all mighty dollar. but i mean, isn't just about everything in the albany area a joke? this area is a shit hole.
If the APD didn't chase Billy would be alive and a drug dealer would have gotten away. Which is more important - catching a criminal dead or alive and endangering other's lives or letting the criminal go and saving the innocent?
Lame video. Please, at least take some time and effort at being just a little bit creative. I'd suggest you start by doing a ride along one night and see if they will let you bring a video camera to document everything you see. If so, then take the best 10 minutes of the video and upload it to youtube. Think of it as a miniture version of "Cops".
All I see is a loop of red and blue lights, and what appears to be ambulence sirens, wtf are you stupid ass people talking about, are you on crack, or have had a serious dose of some fucking pcp ? Jesus christ, talk about tripping over the wrong tube...
they knew who they were chasing. they could have gotten him at a later time and in way that didn't endanger the lives of innocent people. reports from the crash reveal that the officer's speed averaged around 96 miles per hour on the narrow 2 lane road during dusk. that is unacceptable. albany police department can suck a dick.
you know its a damn shame that some lame ass blames ALBANY POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR BILLYS DEATH IT WAS A DRUG DEALER WITH A VIOLENT HISTORY AND 5 FELONY WARRANTS THAT KILLED BILLY NOT THE ALBANY POLICE DEPARTMENT--- NEXT ULL PROBALY BLAME THE JUDGE FOR BILLYS SISTER ROBBING QUIZNOS WITH HER BF AND HAVING TO STAND OUTSIDE WITH A SIGN THAT SAID I STOLE WHAT U WORKED HARD TO EARN. THAT THE JUDGES FAULT SHE STOLE TO?
The crime committed by Breanna Klewits has absolutely nothing to do with a police chase (that should have never happened) ending with Billy's death. They are two completely different events.

Yea thats not APD sirens thats DOCO EMS you can tell by the dual sirens kinda lame video, and plus APD doesn't even run red lights.
