actually this year i couldn't train much cause i was injured from running distance track. I jump a lot every other day during the week and schedule my practices so i don't jump a lot the day before the meet, so im fresh to jump at the meet.

I'm in year 8 (moving on to year 9) and im 5"7' (yes im tall) and i can jump 1.40 (indoors XD) all you need is technique and speed,

My advice, accelerate on your run up and flick your legs over the bar at the end

u actually run at the bar then the last three steps u run in coz if u run in on an angle the hole time your body instinks wants to make the hole 360 turn its wat my high jump trainer told me i currently jump 1.50m and im 12 :)
