  • One day earlier in the week on Breakfast Snooze,

the temp in Cornwall was -99

  • I was in Windsor on that day. I purchased a packet of Cadbury's Bum Drops and they melted everywhere. I took them back to the shop and the man told me to fuck off. Eventually the police were called and to cut a long story short, I had my day in court and I was fined £50 + £400 costs. :-(

It sure was hot that day.

  • is that the guy that put up his finger on camara before! LOL

  • 603-752-6180 CALL THIS NUMBER

  • Irish accent? What Irish accent?

  • ROFL AWESOME Im British (not from london tho)

im from MANCHESTER =D But gosh thts funny

  • The best bits at the end lol, he's the same guy who gave them the finger.

  • What's 232 Degrees got to do with a news presenters, It's got nothing to do with them. So why did they stop it for?

  • Tomasz :D

  • Im digging that Irish accent

  • @MrBluntsworth420 She sounds Scottish to me...

  • @irishmaestro Agree to disagree. :) lol

  • @MrBluntsworth420 I'm irish, and I've never heard an Irish accent like that before. Perhaps except in the north of the island, but she really does sound Scottish. The inflection is definitely Scottish. =]

  • @irishmaestro haha I believe you! and I apologize for the confusion.

  • @MrBluntsworth420 Yeah - 232 degrees! Almost as hot as on Venus. =P

  • Possibly Kelvin scale? ;)

  • tht woman is on gmtv now :P

  • That is very silly from BBC to make that town prediction 232 degrees

  • Yeah, you don't have to live beside them, your across the ocean. Lucky.

  • @JohnFinnigan1 yeah who can forget Canada's great contributions to humanity? oh wait........

  • @bickybocky First of all, let me say that I was joking, I don't actually have anything against the U.S., I go there all the time. Secondly, you're joking right? Canada has probably had a much more positive contribution to the world than the U.S.

  • @JohnFinnigan1 i figured u were joking, i was too.. but i would have to disagree about that statement. i would say the cotton jin, bifocals, dental floss, doorbell, telegraph, telephone, wrench, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner, motorcycle, tape measure, fire hydrant, keyboard, cash register, thermostat, dishwasher, radio, tesla coil, zipper, flashlight, airplane, windshield wipers, traffic light, toaster, bull dozer, sunglasses, radio astronomy, frequency mod., digital computer etc would disagree

  • Hey, why is everyone saying shit about each other? How about this, Canada's awesome, Britain's awesome. You are forgetting the real enemy: Americans.

  • Hey! I'm British (proper British) and have no problem with the Americans. It's those Polish we have to get rid of! Tee Hee....

  • yeah and all the other illegal imagrants they can claim benefits for their kids when they laeve the country we are physically funding them

  • Where was the former registered heat record? Was not Azizia, Libya? But well, it was only 1 day there on Windsor. You should check the daily maximum temperatures for La Paz, Bolivia as seen in the BBC World News (there they appear normally between 29 and 40 degrees Celsius) channel and compare them with the result from weather sites and other TV channels. And I left a video response.

  • Those La Paz temperatures can be seen on the channel BBC World News at 12:42h GMT and at 0:40h or 1:42h GMT.

  • global warming takes its toll

  • you get a cracking tan though.

  • no you wouldnt if the UV is 1 then you wont get shit!

  • @iamthestig1 no you wouldn't, since your tan is derived from UV not the temperature...

  • 232C? My oven doesn't even go that high!

  • 232 Degrees! Celsius!

Wow, now that IS climate change!

  • thats almost 500 degrees F

  • Who cares Fahrenheit !??

  • people who matter

  • You have to be up early now to catch Kirst,as she appears every other week on GMTV.

  • properly a glitch if it was that hot why only there? did terrorists you use heat weapons to melt the castle?

  • You all realise this is in Celsius, not Farenheit. So it was hotter than you think :P

  • lol i'd wanna live there at that kind of weather

  • Suddenly our 105 degree summer heat doesn't seem so bad. YIPE. That's ridiculous! Perhaps global warming?!? LOL Five stars.

    *StormSpinner1* in Texas

  • 232 DEGREES??? Suddenly 100 degree Texas heat seems like a refreshing Canadian cold front!! LOL Now THAT'S hawt!! HiLARious; FIVE stars!! Adding to "More Weather" playlist; thanks! :)

  • Of course this is the UK - it's 232°C - which is 449.6°F

  • Almost the temperature at which paper burns.

  • Good classic book ref. Appreciated.
