They drove vehicles into the middle and abandoned them. 95% of those illegally arrested were non violent and were not Black Bloc. The technology's there and it would end up to cost way less than a million officers and their equipment.

This has ONLY happened in Seattle, and it didn't happen because people stood around holding signs and talking about how they had a right to peacefully assemble. @Galuche1L1U How douse the Gov't "fuck us right up the ass"? Because they tax your income to give you health care, the fire fighters/search and rescue, paramedics and the various government agencies that help you. Just my question, how have they done wrong to you, and could you give an example?

@nichtausDeutschlan Well, how do you think they've managed to get so much officers and top notch equipment for the G20? Those same taxes that could've been spent in government agencies. Also, the Omnibus law project is pretty fucked up, they basically want to make super big private prisons like in the U.S., look it up.

@nichtausDeutschlan Why spend so much? And why such drastic measures were taken agaisnt peaceful protesters too? The rioters were a minority, most of the protesters were peaceful. There was also a ton of undercover cops who were there to fuck shit up. Why not do the G20 by some sort of video conference? The technology's there and it would end up to cost way less than a million officers and their equipment.

@Galuche1L1U Good points, The peaceful protesters had the option of going to the designated protest zone, when people seen the riots starting they should of left the area (the peaceful ones did not causing them self’s to get caught up) And having a video conference would not be as effective because normally everyone is eye to eye, face to face and that is more effective.
