They just get tons of footage of you answering questions, usually the same questions multiple times, and then they pick what parts they want. They never tell you what to say, that would defeat the purpose. If they don't like what you have to say, they just don't use it.

I just finished canceling my membership. 3 reasons:

1.-Slow shipping

2.-Too many lost games

3.-Battle Fantasia. Waited 9 business days. Never got it and when I was about to complain I received an email letting me know they got it back. I Needed to wait another 7 to 9 business days for my next game Marvel vs capcom 3.

Bottom line, stay away from Gamefly, unless you are one of the lucky ones.

ps. after this I'm going to Fry's and buy MvC3

I mailed a game back 9 days ago and it has been 6 days now since I got the mail confirming they received it back, and they still haven't mailed the next one. The top 3 games on my queue are all "High Availability" so there is no reason they shouldn't have sent my next one. They are as efficient as the DMV. They have the same business model as Netflix, but they take 2-3 times longer to do the same job.
