For the 11 pool, it's better to build to 11/10 with extractor trick and then build the overlord, rather than overlord at 9. I tested it out and the 11/10 build is better by about 50 mins at the 3 min mark. Since you're stopping at 11 drones anyway you want to get them out as soon as possible, since you don't need the supply of the overlord straight away. 11 pool is good build, fastest guaranteed expand.

In the video you said that it meant you were dead if you moved and you were dead if you didn't which is not the case. Zugzwang is when you position would be solid if you didn't have to move anything but since you cannot pass you are forced to make a move that weakens your position.
