I think I might have a easier way of doing this. First off, my character was level 36 when I did this, no main story lines were started and I also did the power leveling idea during the beginning of the game. Now, for me my smithing was 100. Here is what I did, I went to Arcadia's Cauldron, checked her inventory, no heart, saved my game, killed her, reloaded my save, checked her inventory, a daedric heart, bought it, saved my game, killed her, reloaded my game. Repeated until I got my 5 hearts.

I don't think he let's you buy his stuff if you're archmage, so best do this before doing the college quest chain or find another way to get them.

you can also go the the shrine of mehrunes dagon either before or after "pieces of the past" (i forget) and get 4 daedra hearts every 2-3 in-game days (20-30 seconds using the way to speed up the time like he did in the vid)

Actually, you don't have to complete the Thieve's Guild questline. Hell, in my current playthrough I can buy stuff from him, and my character hasn't even started the questline.

the only people that get this glitch are people that have started the thieves guild questline.

another way to not get this glitch is to commit suicide before you play skyrim, or to break your controller before you put the disk in.

Save/kill/load does in fact work, because 'kill' doesn't need to be 'kill', just 'attack'. Most people kill just because they can, then started posting videos where they killed, and the story took off in that form. I've done it by just attacking (not with Enthir or w/e, but others), and it works. Yet to try it against him.

@volound Actually that glitch works on XBox 360 aswell, I tried it. If you sell/buy stuff from a merchant, save, hit him, re-load that save, you'll have everything you bought plus the merchant will have full stock and money.

At the end of the day, you are farming daedra hearts, one every 20 seconds as the title blatantly states. Furthermore, you are using this potion that greatly reduces the price of the heart which isnt even expensive anyway, and you are spared the effort of killing a daedra.
