Just FYI: the "dancing weather girl" is not a weather girl, she's a traffic reporter. Her name is Jill Nicollini and this came from the Friday, November 16, 2007 broadcast of the PIX 11 Morning News (WPIX Channel 11, New York NY). The first black guy who came to join her was morning anchor Craig Treadway.

That vapor thing has to do with a change in air pressure around the aircraft as it reaches supersonic speeds. There is a rapid decrease in the air temperature which causes condensation of the water vapor in the air.
