I hadn't realized what a poor speaker she is. The first video is like Hillary reading a phone book, just reeling off a series of political hacks. This one continues the theme, then launches into a series of "I"s, "I"s, "I"s. Nothing about what will serve the public, much less anything with vision. Instead, "There are bad people out there and I will work to correct the situation." It's boring, it's poorly structured, it's focused on the hacks and on herself. A good insight into the real Hillary.
