G Rank Rajang - Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G - SRVIS

I want the G-Rank Rajang armor; Golden Shin I believe it's called. I've managed to beat the quest on my own, but I haven't been able to since... Do you recommend that you bring a friend if possible? Because at this rate, I think I need a friend. Also, should I use a blademastery or gunnery? I mean... I want the safe distance of a gunner, but the better defense of a blademaster. Any suggestions?

@SmithOfGear92 , Rajang is pretty easy if you learn his moves. You may want to get some evade armor first and just go in with no intention of killing him just so you can learn to dodge him. Once you get that down, see what weapon you are more comfortable with against him. GS and Bow work great against him because you can constantly attack him while dodging with bow or wait for him to try a beam or something and get some good charges on him with GS.

@ReneidKlein I know Rajangs moves, but when it comes to fighting the 'Roid Rage Rajang seen here, I don't think I'll ever be able to beat 'Child of Destruction' ever again! ... Unless I've got a team.

@SmithOfGear92 .Thanks for the info Renied. I've found a new way. I'm going to approach it with the following set: X-Series Lavasioth Armor, and a Diablos King Blade (King Attilart Sword). I 'll get The Focus Skill (quick charge), Survivor (Now called Guts), and I shall gem it for Art of Unsheathing, so the negative affinity doesn't make the first hit weak. So far, It has worked well. But I still havent beaten it yet. I need to upgrade the Diablos Sword first, then I take another crack at it.

damn i'm stuck on this quest: (land of the tremors) and I use khezu shock blade and my armor is rathalos S but I slay the first tigrex in just 28 minutes, so I abandon the quest because i can't slay the second tigrex and it's too late for it because it is already overtime,.. please answer that what powerful weapon do I use and what armor should I wear...+_+

can you recomend some gear for me, im stuck on the urgent tigrex in the guild hall quests, im using full tigrex armor and tigrex arrow 1 but i cant seem to kill him, he one hits me when hes enraged

If getting one-hit killed is the biggest problem I recommend something with either Auto-guard or survivor (whatever the skill where you get 1HP instead of instantly dying when you get 1-hit). I think most monsters that give those are G rank and higher than Tigrex. You may be better using a heavy bowgun with a shield to auto-guard and using a lot of thunder shots on him after flashing his eyes out. You can take up to 15 flashbombs. So take advantage of flashing him in rage and shoot him up.

Nah, we usually own a Chameleos if we go together so I doubt there would be any blooper footage. Bloopers usually come about if we are doing a quest or monster for the first time or if we are trying to use weapons that aren't the best for them in order to have fun and see what we can do.

Got both, but my xlink hasn't worked in half a year and I haven't tried to fix it in that long since I had played the game out.  As for joining SRVIS, perhaps when MHTri comes out and we can officially play together we can hold tryouts again.

i comes straight from carbalite sword (GS) and you can make that out of create weapons with 5 carbalite ore 50 iron ore and 20 machalite ore, then improve gaurdian sword till you make it to aqua gaurdian  (you can also make it from scratch but idk wat it takes)

Unite is the same thing as 2nd G. 2nd G has been out in Japan for over a year. Unite is the american version of 2ndG with less blood.

This video is almost a year old so it was just one of those times when Serenity and I got on Kai to play together. We don't get to hang out or play together that much anymore, but truth be told I have about 30 videos already recorded of us but it's just that most of them are longer than 10 minutes and I don't want to edit them down that much or split up the videos anymore since when I do 2-part videos they don't get as many views.

All armor can change color if you get the right award for it. If you beat the elder dual Rajang quest you get the reward to change colors. If you beat the dual G Rank Rajang you get the one for G rank items, if I'm not mistaken.

hey, you know how Monster hunter Freedom 2 is REALLY long and it takes 100s of hours to finish? is that they same for this monster hunter? cause i want to get it when its released in North America

This version is just an expansion of 2. It is everything that was on 2 and then some added levels, enemies, maps and weapons. So if you start over from the beginning then it will take a really long time, but if you start from where you left off in 2, then it will take about half the time it took to beat 2 to clear G since 2 had 6HR's and G has 3 more. Well, then there's Felyne Elder quests so it will take a little longer than that.

You know what, you're absolutely right. I should try that. I know I found a USB adapter that lets you plug AV cables into it but the thing is, I don't think computers have an AV channel you could put on to let the video show on.

Thank you. Well there are several patches. When I patched mine it only translated the menus, items, armors and the important info on quests. Many description and dialogues from the people in the village are still in kanji. However, newer patches will translate more and more.

You have to have someone convert the game save to the Japanese one. There's a guide on how to do it on SkiesOfCroda's forum. You record it with RemoteJoy, IRShell and a screen recorder program for the PC.

KAI tricks your PSP into thinking the person your playing with is right there next to you when you are actualy play with someone else that could be half way across the globe. it's pretty cool...

It probably came with a bunch of .rar or .zip files. You just need to combine them into one ISO.

oh, and on monster hunter freedom 2 im HR 5, i lost all of my data (i used to be HR6) but i lost all of my data due, to getting the firmware, and the only backup file was the game saved i used on my brothers psp memory card cuz i didnt have mine back then, and ive spent my entire monster hunter experience with longswords and hammers, (im also naturally skilled with bows but i dont use them much)

I've had white fatalis videos up for months, check my profile. There are 2 of them up. I solo the White Fatalis & win without being touched once. The proof is in the nutrient I take and the fact that my HP stays at that same 140 point, if I ever healed it would have gone to 150, or if I got hit at all it would have dropped much lower.
