Well, the first season was literally the first part of the Seishi's journey withe Miaka to gather all the warriors and the battle between Seiryu and Yui.
It's the opening set for Fushigi Yugi, and this oav follows up after the ending of Part one, as it's so commonly referred. This one is with Taka and Miaka, and their lives after the first adventure.
There's also the Eikouden series with a new priestess and all the warriors once again! Glad you like the series! Get the manga by Watase Yu!

i've seen this epi before and i was only partially surprised tasuki's feelings for miaka have always been that of an older brother, but being that he is a teenage guy naturally he would gets these feelings confused so his heart is believing in something more with a slight jealousy for taka of course that magic water brought out the deep hate and lust in his heart the issue is resolved as he realizes he does love miaka as a sis. but they would make a good couple under different circumstances
I'm sorry but to me if you can't watch sex, or nudity you can't watch anime at all. Like sure there are the odd anime's that don't have that stuff in it, but from what i've read/watched if you can't handle it, you shouldn't be watching anime to begin with. Thanks for uploading! ^^
