  • Pineapple. As a fruit it is sweet & tangy, a little exotic and a little familiar. As a symbol it means welcome. As a word, it is fun to say. And as an answer to a question about the state of the kids' media industry it got an instant laugh, followed by probably everyone in the room or watching online to be creative & think up what it might mean in this context. Doesn't all of that describe effective kids' media?
