I love how Makael keeps saying Beyonce's 2nd highest debut. Her songs usually don't debut based on sales. Her airplay is usually so high that she debuts low just off of airplay and then shoots up when released to sales. Bottom line: the song did come out when it was supposed to...it just isn't a good song and as a result it is flopping.

If you look at the episode where Tamar talks to Toni about the contract, Tamar said that she didn't sign the contract b/c she wanted to change the language giving her husband 1 year to perform. Toni told her that wasn't realistic, and that Tamar should discuss that with him. Judging from subsequent episodes, it's apparent Tamar has not discussed that issue with Vince. Actually the reason I like Rihanna more is because of her rated r album and era. She was really at a creative peak. Beyonce was the one who got sued because she was lying saying she wrote her songs and didn't. She brought the rights to the songs, that's not actually writing them. Rihanna's style is dynamic so you just can't call it one like Beyonce's; Beyonce most of the time has the same look and doesn't reinvent herself like Rihanna; Rihanna can also cover more musical genres.

The show would still be a success without Tamar being the villain. I love how Makael keeps saying Beyonce's 2nd highest debut. Her songs usually don't debut based on sales. Her airplay is usually so high that she debuts low just off of airplay and then shoots up when released to sales. Bottom line: the song did come out when it was supposed to...it just isn't a good song and as a result it is flopping.

If you look at the episode where Tamar talks to Toni about the contract, Tamar said that she didn't sign the contract b/c she wanted to change the language giving her husband 1 year to perform. Toni told her that wasn't realistic, and that Tamar should discuss that with him. Judging from subsequent episodes, it's apparent Tamar has not discussed that issue with Vince. By the way, I absolutely love you guys!!! and the Braxton show!!!!
