I don't mind if they make it a 7 inch or a 10 inch for the new one. Some people (older people or people with poor eyesight) may prefer the big screen. It is still bigger than the iPod Touch and a better size for apps, gaming, web, video, than the tiny screen of the Touch. I am waiting for now... for the cameras. I would be mad if I got one and 3 months later they had a new one.

I would definitely buy the 7" iPad. I currently have the iPhone 4 and the iPod Touch so it makes no sense to me to have both devices that have the same size and do about the same thing (except for making phone calls on the iPhone). Besides I want a device that I can use in my car as well (GPS, play music, etc.) and the 9.7" iPad is too big to be placed inside a car, that's why my plan is to sell my iPod Touch and get the smaller iPad when they release it.

I think apple will release a new iPod touch this fall with a front and rear facing camera and possibly update the iPad for face time as well with a front facing camera. As for a 7 inch iPad I do think its possible but unlikely for 2010. I am willing to put money on apple not releasing an whole new phone just to fix an antenna issue.

ive purchased an iphone 4 in, australia, it has yet to arrive. however early reviews show that the antenna issue is only minor here if not apparent at all. meaning that it could very well be att' service in america rather than the phone completely.

Umm why would Apple 'fix' the iPhone 4 secretly? There are so many people out there that have been disappointed (and withheld) about buying the new iPhone 4 because of the apparent 'issues'.

If they simply said in an announcement/media event (maybe coupled with the iPod event?), stating that all new iPhones have been structurally fixed, that would encourage buyers to spend their disposable income on an iPhone 4.

On the other hand, iPod Touch users will not buy an iPhone for the obvious reason.

In any case, there's been photos of iPod Touches with cameras for a while now, and it's definitely the next step for this product. I mean, they put one in the Nano.

Well the Verizon rumor has been around since the iPhone has been released in 2007. It is a truly questionable rumor- I wouldn't hold my breath. If they were to release it on Verizon I would jump ship from ATT in a heart beat.

You can expect the iPhone 5 to be what the 3GS was to the 3G- nothing revolutionary, just a minor upgrade.

I think the iPod classic being discontinued is almost definite. 7" iPad sounds crazy, the "iPad mini" has been a joke since the iPad came out, now if it's actually real... Lol.
