I believe the name of the song is "Waiting". I found one clip with English translation, but the clip is no longer avail. on youtube. It is really beautiful and deep song. I read the lyrics were written by Rita (I really don't know who she is). Idan wrote the music .

I was lucky to see and meet Idan on March 3rd, '10 in Seattle. Amazing experience.

This is really one of my fav, ever. I do love Idan's soft voice, and the way he's living the song, really into it. Pityfull I can't find that track nowhere ! I would like to buy, but there's like nothing to buy all over. So thanks Yosmusic for the ad I keep on enjoying like crazy..
