  • lol it's an ultra low cost carrier for a reason. If you don't want a crap experience shell out the few extra dollars and fly Southwest or jetblue.

  • If you purchase a ticket for a date, time then you should be on that plane. The only escapable reason for a delay is act of nature or government, otherwise it is fraud. Over booking, mechanical reasons are fraud and the airline should be fined. Besides that Customers should be compensated at 5 X hr wage food, hotel rooms.

  • @samten10a You can't even spell..and maintenance is fraud? Guess what? Airlines have to follow maintenance requirements in order to fly and if something happens to a piece of equipment that is required to be operational for 121 operations then the flight is grounded until it is fixed. Also, if you are paying 50 for your ticket and cant afford an emergency hotel room, then that is your own fault, but hey, if you want to fly a plane with a flat tire unchanged because "it is fraud" then be my guest

  • GOD these videos piss me off. These moronic people in every one of these videos make me so mad. They attack the gate agents like non other. No wonder they can give poor costumer service, look at what they deal with on a daily basis? If a flight is delayed, that's too bad. Deal with it. They can't do anything..ugh this behavior is so horrible. white trash bad attitude human behavior.

  • Never ever fly with fauking spirit airline. Flying from LA to Dallas, we were supposed to land in Las Vegas for few minutes and continue to Dallas with the same plane. We ended up waiting 5 hours in Las Vegas airport, they told us the plane had a problem, but when they were talking together I heard the reason that they delayed our flight was to combine it with another flight since they didn't have enough passengers to fill the airplane. Those fauking bastards.

  • all people who complain about discount carriers are fucken retards, you pay for what you get, a budget airline that dosn't have the same ability to offer redundancies like larger carriers...so if you pay $20 for your ticket and normally pay $150 be prepard that if something goes wrong with the aircraft you may have to wait a while! btw airlines dont keep a spare plane in the garage that you and your whiney mates can just get onto!!!

  • Fucking Spirt,anyone remember the big strike last year? Yeah,you know when they mentioned that cruise ship passengers in Ft.Lauderdale were needing flights back? Yeah,I just got off the Oasis Of The Seas and Spirit was fucking on strike. Seats are too small and these punk-ass little kids go crazy and draw all over the seats. There are pieces missing in the seating!

  • the same thing happend to me and my mom and sister, but it worst cuz it was new years day plus ours lasted 31 hrs and then we had to go on the flight

  • spirit sucks ass, i had to wait for 9 hours at laguardua and after the plane took off they forgot to load our luggage! took them 2 days to get our luggage. pos airlines!

  • Wow how embarrassing to be one of those passengers especially that woman that put her child to gain sympathy, I've flown on that flight 703 and it's at 9 so 16 hour delay?? Bullshit and it was probably weather or a ground air traffic control stop.. If I worked there I would call security too and ignore all those animals!

  • So you complain about having a delay?! yea thats pretty bad.. I mean why would I want to be on the ground instead of dying in a ball of fire oh oh but I got on the plane on time, at least i'll be happy.

  • Wondering what " We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it any more", means? The person who said this is going to cancel they're reservation? Go home? Book on another airline? What can he do to make this delay go away, and what is he going to do to "not take it anymore"?

  • Came across this video. Was this posted on here to show how the people behind the counter are keeping their cool? Or to show the degeneration of the traveling? A 16 hour delay is pretty bad, but these people are just out right horrible. As for the woman trying to martyr off her child to gain more attention, wow!!!! A child, sick or not should never be used to gain sympathy over a situation or to belittle someone. 

  • uuugggghhh if I was a passenger in this video I would kill myself first of all after seeing myself, second of all, the way they are acting they are lucky if they let them get on a plane...and third, LaGuardia passengers uuuufffff thats all i gotta say LMAO

  • With all due respect, flight 703 is a 9pm dept. to FLL. 16 hours means all these passengers would have been at the airport untill noon the next day. In this video its still earlier than 230am, because some lady says thats "when they think it take off." So right now its less than a 5 hour delay. When you have 2 people behind a desk and a mob yelling at them your damn right that they are going to ignore you and call security. .
