If Harris and Klebold had done what you suggest, they'd have been arrested and thrown out of the school. That's all. How is it impossible to comprehend the idea that gun protection is only necessary when others are armed? What has happened is that this generation has been coddled and babied, and so even the merest hint of someone not liking you is considered bullying. It's not that bullying has gotten worse, it's that people have gotten softer...

@jma421- Aw, please. Are you serious? I've come across a few people who are trying to make the argument that violence isn't wrong, it's just using guns and explosives that you take issue with. If Harris and Klebold had done what you suggest, they'd have been arrested and thrown out of the school. That's all. It would've kept the shooting from occurring, of course, but obviously they didn't go that way.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.. these two boys are the epitome of pussies. If you're picked on- do something about it that doesn't involving killing anyone. I was never a bully, and I used to be kind of small, but when someone fucked with me you stand up for yourself. It's simple. It doesn't take a ton of muscle or confidence to defend yourself. I remember when this happened, I was 11 and playing hooky, prob watching a fave show. All of the sudden it's interrupted by a news report, and I see this devastating newscast. To this day it still scares me how people can be so cold blooded. I will never forget this day. It really changed our lives all over the country. I never had walked through a metal detector in school till after that day. RIP Colombine students, We will never forget.
