That is one I never thought of doing...I do the leg curl w/the wing attachment. My question is what kind of attachment do you use to hook to your ankle? Is it from total gym or is it just something you guys had lying around? Thanks.
@blakkjack21 The attachments are from Bodylastics' Super Strongman Band set. Then we also used traditional carabiners instead of TG's screw based ones. Makes it easier (still very awkward by yourself), to get attached in this position. We like it as a Bicep Femoris exercise, the curl with the wing attachment is a good one as well, bu his one allows a great range of motion of pure knee flexion.
