It's funny but growing up in Milwaukee I never saw a train under the tree or a Christmas layout! For me the concept was new when I switched to tinplate from HO back in the '90s. Maybe there were layouts of that type but I never heard of them or saw them.

That brings back memories. That's the kind of Christmas layout folks around here did back in the 50s and 60s. Kudos.
