Stalin did little to nothing about the war. It was his generals that did it all. Stalin just took all the credit with the cult of personality he made to revolve around him.

I agree with that as well.
Mao did horrible things to the Chinese, and as for Kim, his leadership caused somewhere between 200,000 to 3.5 million people to die of starvation in the 1990s.
