That's how the fraud started. Hopefully, people will be aware on how much loan that they can only afford to pay.

FINALLY the truth is coming to light about these "Liar" loans. I knew 2 loan officers (glorified telemarketers) at the top offender who regularly forged numbers on papers to get their commissions. Nobody who qualified for any real loan would have bothered going there, and the loan officers would go home empty handed week after week if they did not forge paperwork. Yeah, of course the supervisors knew - but they were invested in the game too.
