Hey, I did the same thing with the traxxas stuff. I put an entire slash transmission case and gears in my ruckus It works great with some drilled holes and mods

What Traxxas parts did you rebuild the rearend with. I have replaced the 2 small gears with some metal ones but the larger Dif. just cant hang with a 2s lipo.

@mattj23464 I actually just put a whole Traxxas magnum 272 trans on it case and everything. Just had to modify new holes to screw it in. Thing is a beast. BTW the trans is out of a vxl slash, i will take a video of it for you tomorrow

All the teeth on the tranny gears are fine. I have PUNCH set @ %70 and brake force set @ %50. This helps protect the gears.

That's cool! I have a Ruckus with a Mamba Max pro and a 3660 2700kv motor. On 3s lipo it hit 43mph.
