This is amazing.......how he would go back and forth from his tenor to the falsetto.....he was displaying his gift right there........I always heard his falsetto in their hits......but I was ignorantly unaware of his beautiful rich tenor!!! What a wonderful gift he had.........and it will remain with us!!!!!
"So right now ladies and gentlemen it is STAR TIME, and we would like to bring to you the stars of our show, all the way from the Windy City! The faboulous, the insurmountable, the inconquerable, THE MIGHTY, MIGHTY DELLS, ladies and gentlemen, let's give them a great big round of applause!!"
Wonderful!!!!!! Thanks to themasterseller for sharing. How about the Dells singing Witchta Lineman. Do you have and can you post please and thank you.
The strings in this arrangement are to KILL FOR!! This is my first time hearing this version and I AM ALREADY A FAN OF IT!! PLUS, it gives me a MALE'S point of view/interpretation of this song. INCREDIBLE!!!

what a tremendous talent, often referred to as
'the world's greatest tenor' Johnnie, will never
be forgotten. His vocals on ALFIE are simply
beautiful.
