The Panzers were the first to use organized tanks in large numbers in battle.

They revolutionized warfare. Israel on the other hand have improved on the German tactics and are perhaps the greatest tank warriors of all time. A name does not maketh man. His opinion does and he has not displayed any Nazi sympathies that I have seen.

Rommel is an interesting character. I'm familiar with his honorable treatment of all civilians, as well as captured enemy soldiers. I think this was due more so as a result of him being a close adherent to jus in bello and jus ad bellum in the just war tradition. He was an honorable man and an honorable soldier that was not accused of war crimes, at least in the African campaign. Of course when I refer to Nazi's hating Jews I'm speaking in general.

actually, WWI only saw 1 tank on tank engagement, and even that was a skirmish, ending in a stalemate. the germans simply didn't have the capability of producing tanks in the number of the british. worst, they used them as infantry support, not in specialized divisions.

That's nearly impossible, because in WWI only the entente had tanks in the end of the war. A battle of tanks against german grenades is not really a "tank battle" like this channel would try to depict it.

The Golan heights is a very beautiful, wonderful significant Israeli territory, that is been part of Israel for almost 45 years now. We celebrate now in Israel 30 years for the annexation of the Golan!

There is also a consensus in Israel, right to left, among vast majority of Israelis who all agree that the Golan heights is very significant to Israel in all aspects - tourism, water, agriculture, production, security -and will stay part of Israel also in peace times.

@tmont007 Dude have you even watched the first episode of the Great Tank Battles series, it was about the battle of 73 easting (Iraq war) and at the end of the episode there was some POWs inside an american tank and the POW said "why do you have a picture of Rommel, one of your biggest enemies hanging in your tank?" and one of the tank crew memebers said "if you had done some homework you wouldn't have lost" meaning even if they are your mortal enemy that doesn't mean you have to hate them
