i don't play technically as them, so i wouldn't know completely, but even with harder songs i can sway and shake a little. it looks cool. i've seen some death metal guys that play fast and move their heads alot, like their possesed. its tight.

i know as soon as i say this ill hear the lamest swedish shit there is, but the swedes seem to make some pretty intense tech metal. just enough melody to hold it together, but no to be emoish or fantasy devil sounding. like spawn of poss, and anata (though some of anata is total 80's crap) but some is multi dimensional and terrifyingly awesome.

i dont want to bad mouth this band/song but that solo was pretty terrible. the mix for it was way too out front.. the playing is really sloppy, the phrasing is incoherent, it sounds like either the dude was wasted or it was one of his first times soloing. The harmonies were the only cool part I thought. not a bad song otherwise

Yeah, there seems to be a little scene of kinda ahead-thinking brutal death metallers based in Sweden at the minute. Thyey all have this odd wiry guitar tone I've noticed, it's really cool. They also use odd avant-ish tortured sounds. It's quite a good little scene, but Visceral Bleeding are, for me at least, the most compelling sounding out of the bunch.
