A classificação justa, ao meu ver, seria na ordem; Brasil, Coréia, Venezuela, Estados Unidos e Japão. Das cinco finalistas, a japonesa era justamente a menos bonita.

I cannot believe they are still running miss universe contests in this day and age. At least it stopped being a major television event. However, you can tell from this one how perception of beauty has changed over the decades. I remember a time when only European blondes won - Asians and other ethnic groups simply did not have a chance. I guess this is some progress.
@dongpedroyi , how ironic that Miss Universe is the only international beauty pageant that Far Eastern Asians have won at least on a semi-regular basis. Miss World didn't crown a Far Easterner until, ironically enough, 2007. Miss International so far only crowned winners from the Philippines.
La brasileña Natalia Guimaraes muy bella pero con aspecto de Sra. Cuarentona, además era antipática y odiosa. La venezolana Ly Jonaitis muy linda pero más despistada que Calabacita Bondy, bueno aunque su respuesta fue la mejor. La japonesa no merecía ganar pues si querian elegir una asiática mejor estaba Miss Korea.
Miss USA estaba horrible y sin sabor, y lo que menos me gustó fue la coronación de ZORREYKA RIVERA, definitivamente este Miss Universo fue uno de los peores que he visto!

It's hard to understand how Miss Japan, who barely made the final five, won the contest. Miss Brazil should have won, followed by Miss Korea, Miss Venezuela, Miss Angola (didn't even made the final five) and finally Miss Japan.

Ganha aquela que obtiver maior pontuação dos jurados na pergunta final, é lamentável pois acaba ganhando as vezes quem menos merece, gostava mais de como era realizado o concurso de Miss Universo antigamente onde ganhava aquela Miss que obtinha no total de todas as provas maior pontuação e sempre era um resultado muito mais Justo....Agora com dois jurados orientais neste concurso ficou facil para Miss Japão ganhar da Brasileira e da Venezuelana.

Acredito que a Miss Brasil deveria ganhar já que esta brasileira ultrapassou a Venezuela. A vitória da japonesa só foi uma desculpa pelo ano passado em 2006 no qual a japonesa ficou em segundo lugar. Mas, mesmo ela não tendo ganho, foi merecido o segundo lugar pra Natália.
