  • I Was 10 Years old when Elvis passed & I Still remember it like it was yesterday. It was summer vacation and i was at home watching TV when A special report came on saying that Elvis had died. I Couldn't believe what I was hearing. I Remember it was a very cloudy day here in Los Angeles, Very grey, balmy & humid. A Man gone way too soon. R.I.P. Elvis, Your truly missed.

  • I will always remember the day Elvis passed away. I was 6, and had never heard of him, but my family was so freaked out by his death, it made me want to know more about him. I watched all of the news coverage about him for the rest of the night, until around 1 in the morning. I've been a fan of his ever since.

  • I remember this day it's burned in my memory even though I was only six years old ..I've love him literally my whole life and I still do! I should have been there my Dad was it's a long story for true Elvis fans maybe you will friend me and I won't be limited by what I can say but let's just say Elvis was and always will be as he said " I never expected to be anybody important" some are chosen and he was one of those chosen :)

  • What is the cover song called?

  • @1998Mercedes Falling from Graceland

  • @1998Mercedes does anyone look in the description?

  • I wasn't even born but my father told me about this sad moment. My both sisters where little at that time. It look like the end of the world, when he passed away. He was such a great artist. Even i am a fan of Elvis.

  • I was only 7 years old myself when Elvis Passed away.....I never got to see in at Graceland or in Concert...

I love you Elvis like you were a big part of my own Family....Rest in Peace Elvis i miss you

  • beautiful video

  • this is the first time i have seen ant footage of the kings funeral and i must say its so sad too this day, ELVIS was and always be a legend my nan took me to graceland when i was 9 and it was amazing i love him xx

  • Elvis died 15 years before I was born. But I cried & cried watching this video. Gosh; there's no words to describe how much I wish he was still here; as Im sure the majority of the World would agree with me.

  • He is a legend. He is not my favorite person in the world but I have a lot of respect for him. I like The Beatles better than him, but from the mouth of John Lennon "Without Elvis there would be no Beatles". They were all great! R.I.P John Lennon, George Harrison, Jim Morrison and Elvis Presley!

  • wish I could list a million words to express how I describe this video - but how else do you describe incredible? - thanks for sharing

  • @Anthony4x4, My feelings exactly man and I am the same age as you.

  • @Anthony4x4 I am 48 years old. Been an Elvis fan since 1968. The day Elvis died, I heard it on TV. The news cut through regular broadcast and said the news. I stopped cold. I have never really gotten over Elvis' death. Even watching this video makes me cry. I guess it's PTSD. My hero, my friend, my touch with human feelings through music and a beautiful voice-THE BEST, died that day. I love him. :(

  • @lexingtonMO i understand where you are coming from.what a sad day that was for you older folks..i cannot choose witch era i was born in but its too bad that i wasnt a teen or even a kid to live through that time.video is the best i can do,but when i watch/listen to his music i feel as if im right there in person.thats heck of a feeling for an artist to move someone like that long after he is gone

  • Wonderful video! I was 14 years old when Elvis died. I had just seen him live in Amarillo, Texas 6 months before. Truly the greatest entertainer that has ever lived.

  • Thanks for this, really sad. Unfortunately I was not alive when he was, but am still a huge fan of Elvis. He truly was amazing. Elvis is Forever King. TCB

  • Wow. Powerful. I'll never forget that day. I was 18 years old and actually felt my body and mind go numb when I heard the news on the radio. I went outside and everyone was talking about it, telling Elvis stories, etc. It's a time that is etched into my very soul, my consciousness. He came but once and I am glad to have walked the Earth the same time he did for a while. Forever The King.
