@shade231 Um... you do realize Germany is still a country right? Is a super power, and has the world's 4th largest economy... I'm curious though about what you mean by them overthrowing their goverment fighting and comparing that to the US Revolution?

@MKWestberg Yes I realize it's a country. However it had to break it's ass to get where it is when it could have trumped anything. As for comparison any worthwhile history teacher or history book would show both the revolutionary war and the pre beginnings of the world wars when Europe was beginning to shape through conflict.

Poland lost its "national army" formed in the USSR, that fought germans on the eastern front, when after the War Stalin decided to remove his allied soldiers and send them to Siberia. Thats the reward they got for fighting for their homes.

The tank is the T-100, designed to replace the T-35 (five turrets). Tested on the Finnish front and did not do well. Eventually became the KV heavy tank series. Hit Wiki then follow links to good sites with photos etc. Pretty cool stuff.

they are trophies. when you defeat an enemy you take his flags and display them as a sign of his losses. usually each flag represents a regt or division.. that's a lot of enemies they've destroyed

Indo-Europeans or Arians are the people we generally know as "whites", ethnically connecting a Taliban with an American white.
e.g. Iran means "land of the Arians".
There's a need we again can use ancient symbols and words to identify ourselves without harming others and without beïng reproached.
The ruling class however wiIl always try to block this by making us feel guilty instead of proud.

That is not a polish flag but german. Polish flag is white-red and this is red-white. Its big different. Find on Youtube another color film WW2 and see, theres more red-white flag with swastica.

stalin was 1 of the greatest 20th cents' monsters. his murder of MILLIONS of countrymen AND member states USSR puts him above hitler as monsters go.hitler was a terrible horror that started a war the world has not sen the like of in recorded history.. whereas stalin sneakily occupied then butchered hundeds of 1000s of anybody he considered a 'threat' [ie, ANYBODY who dared think or speak].
i feel for the russian ppl. how they suffered under 2 terrible 'beings' [i refuse to cal them 'human'].

pretty sure that they only made it partly into finland they kept gettin pushed back by the fins! and they had far fewer men and way less ammo and machines! if only everyone in the axis faught like fins!

Yes, those are Soviets. These are shots from the victory parade in Moscow in 1945, and those are soviet soldiers holding captured nazi banners.

the soviet union was the main enemy of the germans. The British Empire was trying to build up a resistance and reclaim france and take out the germans in north africa. The americans took care of japan and helped the british in europe. If hitler kept true to the Nazi-Soviet non aggression pact - an alliance in all but name, he could have possibly been victorious.

That prick Hitler's gift to Europe was the Red Army on the Elbe and half of Europe under Stalinism. You have to salute the ordinary Ivan though. They broke the Werhmacht and SS in the East and won the war. (Despite what Hollywood says)
