Hey, thanks for your comment... I am SO sorry for your abuse... I was not abused as a child, but yes as an adult. It has taken me many years to walk away from the pain, shame, guilt, and reproach. I have come to realize that I have to choose to stop being the victim, and stop giving so much power to other people over my well being and self esteem. No on has the right to blame someone else for their suffering... pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice... allow darkness to teach you to love.
I am a child abuse victim, I had so many bruises on me people in Seattle thought I like camouflaged tee's with a flowered shirt as an overlay; each abuser has his/her reason for their assaults. Bruce, Maria, Andrea, Chaz, Pat, Jaime all have their own reasons for abusing me. There are others. The abuse doesn't always stop just because we are grown and sometimes by the same people.
