  • Another idea man, on the hood, the black front part, maybe you can cut that out and put some of that mesh there too. I think that would look really awesome!

  • badass dude that thing is awesome

  • @bad82wagon thanks man! lots of long hours invested into this thing!

  • another good vid keep it up got my work in progress a Montgomery ward lawn tractor with a crf 70cc Honda engine with 4 gears watching your videos really help me and my friends build ours keep goin you got our support from central florida

  • @1996badcompany thanks man! I'll be finishing it up this spring. theres not much left to do... but at the same time it's far from being done.... haha

  • Dude, tooo funny. Grab another cookie!

  • hey what are the dimensions of the frame it looks almosr square?

    thx and good work man

  • @1curt12 its like 11.5" wide 40.5" long and it made of 1x2" box tube steel

  • hello, I'm from Guatemala and I'm 18 years old. Im trying to do one, and I just wanna know what kind of engine is that?? please help me, It's for my school project!!!

  • @denisdaniel15 The engine is a honda clone, you can get them from harbor freight for about $120

  • @Fearlessfront oo Thanks, and when I have a question about how to do something, I'm going to ask you, the only different I'ts I wanna put "amortiguadores" mm I don't know how to say it in english, but I think It's "dampers"

  • Dont eat the cookies!!!

  • Can you tell me how long the channle is i want to build one...Just need dementions for frame.. please

  • @speedfreak460 I think it's 20.5" wide and 40.5" long iirc.

  • is it for seles

    ??????

  • why not a 2 stroke engine? like a trx250r engine would be insane in that thing.

  • only reason to dislike is out of pure jealousy

  • u forgot the throttle

  • Thanks i needed a good laugh that made my day

  • Did you box in the notch you made for the brake rotor so mud, water wont get in there and rust your frame ?

  • @MrBigtower no, it's just flat steel, theres nowhere for it to "get in".

  • @Fearlessfront sorry i didnt notice it the first time

  • @Fearlessfront your a boss dude!

  • @luxstar4life haha! thanks>?

  • you should seriously post a time lapse of the assembly... i mean, i personally like this style of videotaping, but it would be cool to see even a sped up version of this vid. GERAT JOB ON THE BUILD MAN! :D

  • @jack9102 once I paint it, I will probably do that for the re-assembly. I thought about doing that here, but there was a lot that didn't fit perfectly.

  • I look forward to the rest of the build!

    -Cody

  • lol thats funny

  • Nice egg head im high

  • Oh Hell Yeah! LMFAO You aint kiddin itsa desease! Every gas powered and electric tool I have has been either hot rodded or its work potential has been maximized to its fullest. (Ha Ha I've been known to hot rod a ball point pen).Yeah I live in the street rod hot rod world but I can fully appreciate fab skills, and u seem to have a personality that reads real well on camera.

He He Just call us 'Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor" ( played by Tim Allen )

  • @1941paco thanks buddy! glad you noticed! I honestly like designing, building, and fabricating more then I like riding the creations... it's fun and all, but I like building these things the most.

Now that this is nearing completion, it's time to start thinking of what the next build is going to be.

  • 2 dislikes. =O are you blind.? This is Perfection at it's best!!!!

  • thats badass

  • Fuck that's sexy

  • Nice Job :)

  • How many holes does the gas tank need

  • you might think about some fenders

  • it looks like your front tires are leaning in a lil haha

  • @tostermaster0501 camber?

  • Wow, two poor fellows accidently clicked the dislike button

  • Man I posted like 2 days ago to look ford to u to reply and my damn post never posted lol o I've got my lawnmower frame getting a engine in cleaning it and I got my old engine of and my transaxle is screwed up the brake doesn't work and my choke is screwed up any advice on how to fix them let me know anyone k thanks

  • @Smilly0467 forget the stock brakes, they are usless, and the choke, I would make separate from the throttle. I'll have a video of that process soon

  • @fearless front if or when u take the governer off can u make a video of it?

  • If you ever raced this, you should put some suspension handle bars on it, just like a quad or dirt bike.

  • hey man ur awsome i stayed up all night last weekend watchin all ur vids u have inspired me to build this mower im getting from my dad it is a Kgrow 16 horse v twin 6 speed and imma have some fun with it!

  • @Fearlessfront are you going to ride it on ur next video ? How much you going to spend on Ur motor to modify it to what u want have you found the size of cam and stuff u want ?

  • omg! Fear iam so ready to see u ride it keep up the good work :)

  • Oh Hell Yea! Don't forget to paint it, man u r so close to completion.

I can see this cart/tractor bein a contender in several different types of racing.

Where u r in Maine, u have ALOT of choices, ice racing, dirt racing, road courses, and if u find ur good at racing and its not too expensive, u urself could be a sponsered race driver..........or

if u don't want to race then maybe u could build cart/tractors for racers who need the next level in compitition vehicles. U definately have skills.

  • @1941paco oh, I will paint it, I just have to do a trail run with it, make sure it drives the way I want it too.

And no, it won't be "raced" it's more of a fun/show piece.

  • @Fearlessfront Oh Hell Yea! Thats cool man, definately a piece that shows your skills. I am also really impressed with your ability to talk to the camera, sort of like ur talking to the audience behind the cam. These vids ur makin are very informative and useful to back yardigans as well as the more seasoned fabricator. As a side question, are u into hot rod cars or street rods or customs? Ur talents could be useful in the automotive world as well.

  • @1941paco Thanks man! I'm glad you think so, it takes a lot more time when recording and building, then haveing to edit everything..

But yeah! custom anything is cool! haha, I know quite a bit about cars, trucks, lifting, lowering, building motors. I've done most all of it. pretty much everything I own is modded, I even modded my xbox with custom fans molded into the side cover.

    it's like a diease

  • NICE!!! :D i actually just started working on mine my self :/

  • good job!!! iv wached all the build and it is awsome!!!!

  • Attaboy! Looks like everything went together fairly straight forward.

  • Looks AWSOME

  • dude build a pot belly stove to fit in one of those old tractors around your shop and get your heat on......

  • man i say ditch the bars and get a steering wheel more comfirtability and handling and looks better

  • wow, that is the sweetest racing/kart mower i have ever seen! doing an amazing job on this build, you seem like you have ALOT of experience with this type of stuff... i actually just started the tear down process on an older craftsman 11 horse that i am going to just basically strip down clean up the motor get it in good running condition again, strip the frame and body panels get them painted up, swap the pulleys up to get some speed out of it and also weld the rear end up for posi trac.

  • @myjeepcj5 sweet, it will be like having a new mower!

  • @Fearlessfront yeah, except it wont be doing any mowing ;) i plan on just making it something to cruize around the yard ( or the side of the road ) with haha, but i just kind of want it to be one of those endless projects that you just keep customizing and changing, do you have any hints or tips to any under 50$ customizing you could do to make them go any faster? other than a pulley swap or removing the governor? -Thanks!

  • @Fearlessfront Yeah how it look was allfull before

  • This mower is awesome. How fast do you think it'll go when it's completely done?

  • @MultiRedneck66 s of now, geared the way it is with the governor, it will top out around 35-38mph, once I build the motor and put it back on there after the paint job, it won't have a governor, so probably around 50-55mph.

  • thats awesome man its the best and coolest racer iv ever seen

  • @Fearlessfront why didn't you paint the whole thing before u assembled it or did u want to see how everything looked and how it fit before you painted it?

  • @sprintcardriver8 yeah, gotta ride it first!

  • It looks pretty cool dude now i wanna build a gokart from scratch what metal do you prefer round bar or box steel??

  • @dorianedwards0817 box steel was/is easier to work with for me. I would go with that

  • What size are those handle bars? I only ask because I was wondering if you have heard of a company called Fasst?

  • hay i got a idea for the gas tank hole can you solder it idk if it would work but it might

  • Dang man looks really nice I love it and how much did you get the wheels tires and hub for and where they look sweet

  • @Crazieboy86 tires were $100 on ebay, hubs were around $10-15 a piece from bmikarts dot com

  • Is it me, or is there no throttle control yet?

  • @MrDynamark no, it was backorderd

  • That brake rotor is nice size man, should give you plenty of stopping power and heat distrubition. Also, the exhaust mount is awesome too!!! Man your great at improv. and just good ole fabrication. Keep up the good work.

  • @xhenchmanx Thanks! I do what I can, with what I have available to me. honestly, this build surprised me too. I didnt know I was capable of this.

  • nice! i am looking forward to update nr 17!

  • There is so much human excrement running around. It disgusts.

  • Wow!! nice job!! This is better than tv!

  • thumbs up for cookies

  • damn the only thing you dont have on it is a wheelie bar :)

  • Are the front tires suppose to be cambered in? If so it looks pretty mean.

  • @15Woodsmen yes!

  • @Fearlessfront Nice :D

  • SWEET! SWEET! SWEET! I love it. Can't wait to see it power coated.

  • need a motorcycle twist throttle. and call it done

  • We're did you get the pull handle thingy???

  • @mowerpro144 bmikarts dot com. it was worth it imo

  • looks like a rat rod with that beat up hood and all that slick looking diamond plate and crome. fucking love it

  • i like what you built for an Exhaust hanger. looks and works better then welding it

  • @ford1979truck thanks! I thought so too!

  • dude i want to see u drive it

  • holy crap dude! i want some cookies!!!

  • So after you run it in stock form for a while are you planning to bore and stroke the clone motor?

  • badass man, cant wait to see it run

  • awsome man now lets see it ride lol

  • do u still need a gas tank for it if so i got an extra one

I thought you died in a car crash. Not yet? Just a matter of time. POS.

  • @portofhueneme still trollin troll?

  • Nice cant what to see it run

  • It's looking good. Do you plan a test run before it gets ripped apart for paint? Also, are all those shaft collars needed?

  • @Jamus28 probably not, but this thing is going to be doing donuts, so I don't want the axle to shift over

  • Wow man almost there! ive watched from day 1, at first you were just gonna fix it up but it is now a total custom bad ass mower. To anyone who has'nt seen this thing from the begining do yourself a favor and watch all the hard work that has went into this thing, especially if your going to leave questions like "why are the front wheels bent in" haha its called camber for better handling dildos, Ride the hell outta this thing todd!!!! oh and good acting on the poison cookies, LMAO!

  • @UncleJesseXXX LOL! yeah I know! it was gonna be a simple build in the begining, then I decided, why not fully restore it into a hot rod of some kind. (huh, I kinda like that, the "Huffy Hot-Rod"!) I wanted it to look like a cross between a t-bucket and a lawnmower.

    SO NO FENDERS! lol

  • OMG i thought we was gonna see it go, You should be on TV doing this shit, I'd watch it, and the reruns, lol

  • Great build and videos. Looking forward to seeing it run !!

  • fantastic video wish i could by all the build videos on dvd lol great job

  • Looks awesome but get the front tires aligned so they sit flat ! probably steer better too

  • @91CTD I would say the negative camber is bad-ass. I vote for leaving it alone.

  • @autoxer1970 I probably will, it's only 3*

  • Holy Cresent wrench!
