of cource,China should block western media.
China wants western media to report what was in Lhasa. But after a while it appears they are neither neutral nor honest.
Even turists came back from Lhasa said The mob burned, looted, attacked and killed. But western media still call this a protest and even use photos taken in Nepal to backup their claims.
Now the public in the west have a better idea why China wants these so called media to leave.

Apart from blocking some western media, your biased and unjust opinions have also been sealed.Surely, there're lots of problems existing in China. Tibet and many parts of China is a closed place I grant you that, but "killing 1.2 Million Tibetans" that is just crap! who managed to do a population survey in Tibet? come on your source. Tibetan children are given secular eduation and no longer being told that the Dalai Lama is a "God King", I called that progress you of course thinks its propaganda. This cannot be stopped by the olympic committee or by governments.A boycott of the games by governments would not help. The athletes themselves need to step forward in protest. refuseing to go or going and refuse to compete.Better still Win and refuse the medal! what a hero. This will teach china freedom. pass this idea to any athlete you know.

the biggest issue of them all is Han Chinese settlers, facts on the ground. First comes the army, then their wives, then the road and railway construction and their workers, then comes tourist hotels and businesses, all benefiting the Han. The locals get jobs the Han do not want, or nothing at all. Government and businesses all controlled by Han.

I just read about 8 monks who were shot to death in China. They were with several hundred protesters seeking the release of 2 monks who had been arrested in a monastery where a picture of the Dalai Lama had been discovered by Chinese police.
A picture of the Dalai Lama is unlawful in China?
In America I can have a picture of anyone I want without fear that police will arrest me, or that if my friends come to protest my arrest, they will be shot dead.
China is a wonderful place.
