They can when you get to know them. I had to do 50 hours of community service in about a months time one year. (I think it was freshman year.) People really don't give Janitors the credit they deserve. The guy I worked with was actually amazingly smart.

I had a janitor in my school, bill, who had an IQ of over 150 and hasn't watched TV for over 30 years (and counting), he figured out a way to buy an H3 hummer with his low paying job, and the awsome thing about it , he was actually a cool guy to hang out with now that's what I call an awsome Janitor.
