ummmm......that's a pretty stupid question. I might if I had the desire.

Of course the skill involved is relative, I'm sure I wouldn't win on a NASCAR circuit but I would get eaten alive in a real race worth driving and requiring legendary driving skills (aka F1, touring cars, rally, Road Atlanta, Le mans, Gymkhana).

Plus the way the cars are set up you can pretty much steer them with braking and acceleration, you'd be f****** if you had to go the opposite direction around the oval.
