Hi Paula, I must say that did look pretty good its just the way I make it, but I just grill my toppings first on my grill then add them after I flip it just like you.
no real pizza has oil added to it. thats more like a tortilla wrap. when ever someone says that there was too much oil added to the pizza they havent got a clue about how its made. pizza makers do not add oil . the oil comes from the mozzerella that they use . If your pizza was oily then you must have gotten pepperoni or sausage added. My pizza guy pours off some of the oil before finishing cooking.

I definatley agree. But something that's even more annoying is whenever she's done making something she takes a bite and goes "MMMM". And I'm thinking 'can't you do that when the show is over?'.
