@thebigbearlouis Tweaked my wrist a few months back and the straps take the strain off the wrist. I have no problem recieving the bar on the cleans. Just holding the bar when I'm going heavier. I'm trying to force myself to get confident enough to jump under 160. To do that, I went to be able to front squat it for multiple sets of 5 and stand up with it really easy. If that makes any sense? Lots of strength, just not in the speed movements.
why the straps for the front squat and not a clean grip, i feel like ive seen you use the clean grip before for your front squats
