She is absolutely adorable! This little girl has gotten a few tears out of me today. I discovered her with a lot of researching for a film idea I'm working on - I hope you don't mind if I use her as a "guide" for developing one of my characters - she's the cutest thing in the world!
My son Kingsley 8yo, loves watching these videos of Schuyler. It's really good for him, particularly because it gives him more confidence to use his comm. device and speech. I hope Schuyler will like knowing that she is a very good role-model for Kingsley and other kids who need AAC. I hope this knowledge will make her difficult journey a little less lonely. I like how Schuyler turns the table on you fools and does the interviewing! heh heh....just kidding about the fool part! I do like that she did, that, though. She's not afraid to give it a go. I can see her on "E" entertainment news (okay, maybe not your ideal goal for her, but they'd love her!) ;)
She's such an amazing little girl! I read your book, and then had my mom read it as well...We were both very touched by you, Julie, and Schuyler's story. So much so, that when I found this video and showed it to my mom, she started crying... It's wonderful to hear her talk!
