Lol that's a swep named "The Punisher" it's an Admin weapon and You right click when You have the weapon...

That literally was all I was getting from the mod so I removed it.

There is a 1/800 chance of it happening, the first time it happened to me I was like :O

But then, I looked at the lua code, and changed the chance from 1/800 to 1/2, and now it happens a lot more :D

Oh I think I found it, is it a line that says math.random (1,500)?

I changed it to 1,10 and the other line from = 88 to = 1 ^^

@samuraispacemonkey It's called Garry's Mod. Look it up on steam I spend whole days on it sometimes :)
