oh well. It is what it is, it was dissapointing to lose that one round, but i still won money i didnt have and a fabulous trip. Luck did get me this spot on the show, and it helped me win. And yes, i know that it does apply in the maingame but not ALWAYS in the BR. But, i was doing what they told me to do. Thanks Map586, trust me when i say i regret not choosing differently, but the smartest of people can get up there and get get baffled by the timer, lights, camera and audience.
It's interesting you hear that I made bad choices but the people who ran the show recommend picking letters you know are up there because they can be in more places in the puzzle. I am an avid watcher of the show and it is nit like I got to practice under pressure so when the game is on, there are no second chances so I was not going to solve unless I knew for sure. Regardless I am proud of how I did but as they tell you, it's ALWAYS easier to watch from home and play then it is on stage.
It was obvious that the first word in the Bonus Round puzzle was "COMPUTER." I knew right away she would pick and WASTE the C, M, P, and O. You know one word, but how is picking letters you know are there going to help you out with the rest of the puzzle?
I got the first Toss Up and the R3 puzzle with no letters. I can't believe nobody caught on. I was sure we'd hear "L...F...I'd like to buy a vowel, an O" to start the round.
@GameShowGamer I was a bit surprised no one caught on either, but I think the "actually playing the game in front of the lights" is a valid excuse for this. How often are you going to end up in a game with this special trend? Did they even know the exact airdate of this show and registered its possible importance?
Now I'm curious how many times something like Mona's BR has happened on the show
I know you may tired of uploading but I can safely say that none of us are tired of watching. Granted she didn't make the best choices, but that bonus round was hard.

@cutedesi01 That applies well in the maingame but NOT in the bonus round in that situation...think about it!

@cutedesi01 "letters you know are up there because they can be in more places in the puzzle"
More often than not in the BR that is not the case, because the puzzlewriters *want* to trap you.

They could've also done THE FOOL ON THE HILL for a song title.
