  • If gluten is causing your autoimmune thyroid disease than it is a serious medical concern.this is controversial and it is not yet clear if it is the case yet but some are suggesting it accounts for as much 90% of hashimoto's thyroiditus

  • 2 people believe in western medicine, and western medicine only

  • Great stuff man

  • i learned i was gluten intolerant when i was 14. (2 years ago) my symptons were anemia and i wasnt growing. i was only 4 feet and 11 inches tall. now that i have a gluten free diet, im 5 feet and 6 inches tall and still growing!

  • @mjasylum celiacs have it easy imo, they have a "real" disease and can instantly feel horrible from eating gluten

  • is there a cure for this?

  • does the cilia grow back/ repair?

  • 09:35 didn´t think of that

  • People this guy is on point! thanks Man!!!

  • tyvm you've helped me alot :) im gonna sub now

  • I am very sensitive to Gluten and ALL gluten grains and have IBS. I've been avoiding for years, but I am still lactose intolerant AND allergic to dairy, nuts, eggs, yeast, soy and other foods. I now have leaky gut and rely on softer foods. Steamed veggies, smoothies, etc... easier on me. I've had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy but non celiac. It's not 100% accurate but I still have the symptoms & can still be celiac.

  • I'm intolerant AND allergic to all those grains, lol (Wheat, Oats, barley, rye) and sensitive to Spelt

  • this bloke knows his shit.

  • The only reason oats are bad depends on how they are processed in the refinery. If they are processed with machines that process wheat, they don't clean the machines to process oats.

  • gluten is a peptide, not a single amino acid! and that is what makes it toxic for some...

  • True....when i take wheat i feel sick... But i eat a lot of oats and i never had any such problem...

  • thanks

  • I enjoyed this video and related to much of the symptoms, thanks for sharing! :)

  • Northern European decent is where most of the gluten intolerant folk come from. This can be anyone from Russia to Ireland. It is because of the nomadic foragers from the northern forests from long ago. Here is U.S. we are so fricken mixed up in most of the country you can no longer go by this theory. Maybe in places where strong ethnic communities still exist like New York or Chicago and other major northern cities.

  • @MadameGarnett Interesting you say Irish decents have a lot of gluten intolerant folk... I do and I'm half Irish in my grandparents immigrant side

  • Gluten intolerance is something CHIROPRACTORS have embraced as a way to make more money! Ben Atladonna!!!!!!

  • @Jazz201054 gluten Intolerance is not just a way to make money. Obviously you have no symptoms to empathize with a large population who DO have it now. You should categorize yourself with the Physicians who tell patients "it's in their head and psychological" or..... you ARE a Dr.

  • @TheCrosswind I have biopsy diagnosed celiac disease. I know what suffering is! I was hospitalized for it, I have the classic form of celiac. I had malnutrition and mutiple vitamin deficiencies. I had very low cholesterol from fat malabsorption. The non celiac gluten intolerants don't have any damage! Why is that? How can you have a disease when the is no significient evidence other than a person says they feel better gluten free.

  • I love this video, thank you so much for sharing this very important information in a way the layperson can understand! I am going to share this video with my friends!

  • Josh your so full of info....love your Enthusiasm for learning!!! and the fact that you are sharing what you know is such a gift...thank you Josh for all that you do!!!

  • Quinoa and Amaranth are on a gluten free list from my research. check your information first because youre confusing

  • Depends on what research you read my friend!

  • well ive been researching all over online and several gluten free meals seem to have them.

rice is gluten free also... yes? its not too much of a big deal to me because ive given up all grains and sugar for the past week. just curious to where you got that as a reliable source.

i have discovered almond flour and coconut flour. almond meal makes an awesome pizza crust!

  • @joshrubineastwest Gluten and dairy is POISON!!!..we are all miserable and sick because of it!! kids have ADD and autism from it, and the food industry just wants us to consume more and more!!

  • @5tonyvvvv why do you think they put flouride in our water? They want a barely functioning populace.

  • @jesskazen Good point! The government wants Sheep! Brainwashed populace for sure! dont forget doctors and pharmaceutical companies! fuckin scum! they keep people sick!

  • JOsh, it's amazing how you do a service to the public and don't get a thank you. I do thank you, and I want to say, many autistic kids are not autistic, they are gluten intolerant, PERIOD,

keep doing the great videos so people are encouraged to research,

    GREAT JOB<,,,, I appreciate it

  • If you do the research...the real research and not just read a book my friend...there is a class of AA called prolamines and gltuen is not the only one....you have avenin, secalins and hordeins...which everyone reacts different to. That is why I say aramath, etc have it.

  • BLAH BLAH BLAH.....so why don't you start educating people smarty pants! I think all that has happened is that you learned someting new and it has shaken your REAL strong foundation. As well, have no idea what you are talking about with the clip, but thanks for being so smart and figuring everything out!

  • Yes you can, that is if you have gut permeability issues.

  • Also, I forgot to ask, Is it true we can become intolerant to a food if we eat that food too much or is that a myth?

  • What they eat....you eat!

  • So will the gluten pass down from animals fed gluten if we eat them?

  • That you are intolerant to it, you have fermentation issues, you are having trouble breaking it down, it could be a rxn to some of the chemicals in the cereal

  • sup josh, whats it mean if i always get bad gas when i eat cereal?

  • Fabulous! Thank you for reporting on Gluten. Buy Gluten Free Items at my store..Jimbo's...Naturally! Come in today, and I will have the frontend do the wave for you! Cheers, AliasMadrona~

  • Yes

  • nobody can answer me this question. If I get grass fed beef that hasn't been fed grain in a year. Will I still have glutten reaction. If I am glutten Intolerance and have a igg response to wheat?

  • i get uncontrollable mood rages when i eat gluten, the only thing i eat with gluten is ezekiel bread and thats one of the healthier gluten products... i only get angry on days i eat that, otherwise im fine

  • Great video Josh. However, it is my understanding that quinoa, teff, and amaranth are all gluten-free grains. Teff in particular I use a lot to make Injera bread and from what I know it is closely tied in to the millet family of grains.

  • very good video, thank you, took me 100 visit to doctors to get a result, must be really hard for docs to pick up,,295 igg and 110 iga,it attact everything at different stages, gliadian feeds electric system, also needd for soft tissue, and it attacts the space in between the cells, hense the tingling feeling, there are 300 symptoms and no two people are the same

  • Good point about conventional foods containing grains. What the percentage of people Intolerance to glutten.

  • Did you say Polish people are gluten intolerant? What if you sprout the grains before eating them? I only eat cultured dairy products. I have all sorts of back pain problems though, as much as I feel like I eat well, drink Kefir every night, and I have a particular affinity for buckwheat. My mensus has changed since I started getting on the Weston A price principles.

  • Yes you can heal your gut, but if you are intolerant to gluten...you are intolerant!

  • So, this is completely reversible, or just partially reversible?

Great video with lots of information thanks.

  • good info Josh, I am looking into that more and more...can you post a few product that are gluten free? something to try that is easy to find, thanks

  • Dude I had problems my whole life, but most of them were social and communication problems. I'm 34 and recently though I had Asperger Syndrome. But I respond really well to being off of gluten. I still have a few bad side effects. I've been eating McDonalds fries everyday and just found out they have gluten, so I'm taking those out now.

  • I thought that quinoa was gluten free, web sites on Celiac list that it is a gluten free food.

  • Thanks for the info., Josh! :)
