Ive bein going through pretty much the same as yourself for about nine years now , didnt come out the door for almost a year at the start , Pulled myself together and got on with things the best i could , still not 100% free from it , Ive achieved a lot even with the anx , Hit a rough spot past couple of weeks but taking small steps and working my way through it . @firfuksake Thank you .. it is a rough road for sure .. Yeah, you can slip back from time to time but it sounds like you are doing great .. I just keep moving forward some days are better then others but I am living my life again and you know we all will have bad days everyone; even people that do not have panic disorder or nervous illness as Claire Weekes says have bad days .. a day to chill in your pj's
