This is just ALL wrong as other posters have also mentioned. Fast is almost ALWAYS bad for form. She is used her hands more than anything else to push herself up .. bzzzt .. and note .. that leg is supposed to be off of the floor, otherwise how is she getting any core work at all on this ... this is really quite embarrassing to watch.
Based on the premise that "it's all good" I would say that a rep is a rep is a rep. However, I personally can't get past the bad form with total collapse followed by getting up any way she can manage to get up. Too many "contests" give merit without considering the extra effort taken for good form. But... this is a good idea gone mediocre in spite of successful hits for this video.
This is a HORRIBLE demo of a burpie. Why are you letting her FLOP on the ground? Why is her foot not elevated next to her suspended foot? Please record a new video demonstarting a GOOD burpie.
