As for Rebirth, well it's as unlikely as asking Japan to give us every Tales game we were denied. At least things like Vesperia show we're getting some of the good stuff

In the PSP version, Hilda and Mao together performed the extensions, they were taking turns on doing them (you had to input the commands with different characters, but that's not possible on the PSP, since it's single-player only) - meaning that Mao also screamed Aquarius Sphere, Brightest Gate, Maxwell Roar and Blue Earth.

The problem with localizing a 2D game is that knowing the people at Namco, the voices will be stupider than stealing a GameCube.

The N64 game Sin and Punishment was translated to English in 2007 for the Wii Virtual Console.
But the chances of Rebirth being translated by Namco are about as slim as me ever being fluent in Mandarin.
