How do you make the video looks smooth?

@agufx First I recorded with CS using the record command in the console. Than I used another command called startmovie, and recorded with 90 fps. That will convert the video into 90 bmp files per second!

After that I made the bmp files into a movie using a software called videomatch.

Make sure to use a high resolution to keep the quality good. :)

I used to use videomatch but I thought that fraps was better, now I see the difference.
