Indian talk too much, Chinese hide too much.
The big challenge for Indian is their poor industrial base very hard to maintain their aircrafts, warships, land equipments to work properly in wartime.
Because short of bloody war experience, Chinese need to find a proper rival to show muscle. As U.S. Secretary of State Albright said, if you don't show your power, how other people know it.
Chinese should support indian separatist to dissemble india, like indian support Dalai Lama.
