In the "teen drama" genre like Degrassi; both The OC & One Tree Hill have had scenes with males walking down a hall with nothing but a book on The OC & a basketball on One Tree Hill covering their parts.

The FCC may censor a lot of stuff, but not any more or less than Canada does.
