They're almost like the West and East counterparts of each other

Team Fortress 2: 9 years to develop, great 3D graphics, all-male in-game characters

Touhou: 1 game released every year, 2D graphics, all in-game characters are girls

@GrounderTheRobot Yeah, I personally would prefer if ZUN would release one very-well-developed game every two years instead.

With regards to scoring, the games do have quite a bit of depth, but I wish completion would take more time to master, even on Normal Difficulty. People beat Touhou games, including Extra, the day they are released. Other games can take months for even the world's best players to clear.

@GrounderTheRobot why would you compare a doujin game to a some game like TF2?

remember 2 thing Team Shanghai Alice consists only one person and ZUN didnt really want to make a game when he started Touhou, he wanted to compose BGM, thats why u will find that most touhou game dont have much in-depth story or gameplay.

But still, as a touhou fan and a gamer, im feeling quite offended when you compared 2 different games

I just finished watching a interview with him about the UFO game where he appeared to be sober (as he can get) and he seemed pretty shy, though he still had his trademark giant gauntlet of beer. Now watching this video it's amazing to see a huge difference where he's now the life of the party.
