@gametje haha don knw abt the packs part..i didn concentrate on em at all...well as far for freezes..develop proper handstand walks...and handstands at same spot without moving..once u are done with that jus work on the freezes like the scorpion fo developing hollow backs even the bridge pushups..that should do it
