I absolutely love the bass on this song, it really makes the song come out at you and fits into the atmosphere of the song. Every TBM song makes me feel almost as if I've exited reality and entered another world where my imagination runs wild and the troubles of life fade away. That's the reason I love this band so much. It was originally named Imagica, but that name was taken when they were starting to get more popular, so they changed it to one of their songs. At the time they had a song called The Birthday Massacre, so they decided to change it to that, since it was one of their more popular songs. Then that songs name was changed to Happy Birthday.

@dwswmix you are right, also, there a story by Clive Barker called The Birthday Massacre I think influenced the whole thing, too. TBM seems to like that scary stuff. I LOVE THE BAND and they are like the best band in the world these days, especially "live". I got to hang out with some of them one time after a show and they were really nice to me. i hammered 600 miles roundtrip just to see them. on an HD dragster, in thunderstorms -- no windshield or nuthin..Thats how much i like them.
