backflips is pretty much the most basic flip. aerial twist is more of a 'front' type of trick.

Thanks for the tutorial. First I wasn't able to manage the spin but the tipp using your arms this way (before this I tried it using my whole body except my arms) worked out really well. Now it's about perfection!

well yeah, a no handed round off is a brandy, and has no twist! there's a twist in an a-twist! they both just happen to land the same way!

but there is a half twist in a brandy otherwise you wouldn't end up facing the opposite way, I just wanna learn how to turn it into an aerial twist.

not technically, an aerial lands facing the same way if your doing it right, whats different is how your legs come down! with a brandy your chest opens up to allow your trailing leg thru to land like a round off yeah? but with a-twist you jsut aerial, and turn over like a btwist, so you could say that theres an added twist in there (which there is, otherwise it wouldnt be called aerial twist!!)

Its a good tutorial, but let me just ask 1 question...

In aerial you land facing the spot you took off from, in an aerial twist you do 180 degree turn but you still land facing your take off spot... isnt that just an aerial or an aerial 360?
