Has anyone noticed that the Sonic games that were not released on Nintendo Consoles did bad?(Sonic Rivals, Sonic Rivals 2, Sonic '06) But there were some Sonic games that were bad on multiple consoles(Sonic Riders,SR:ZG)

Actually, SA DID have good music considered one of the best. And SA and SA2B were considered the best 3-D Sonic games made until(in the critics view) Sonic 2006('06) came out.

If this is a brand new 16-bit Sonic game which turns out to be a success! The only bad thing is it won't be available on SEGA Mega Drive (Genesis) or the SEGA Mega CD which means i'll have to spend big money on a Playstation 3 or an XBox 360 and (thats if it's ported the them which we don't know yet?

I think we're all not quite sure what's going on yet as it's far to early to tell, but it is exciting!

That's interesting. I've never heard that story about '06. Rather, what I heard was that it was Microsoft and/or Sony that pressured SEGA into releasing the game at a certain time, whether it was for the Holidays or not. The time constraint crunched the team into releasing a glitchy, buggy, and unfinished game, and it was panned horribly by almost everyone.

That's good, but we're not exactly sure they're using it for this game. They mentioned an "All New Adventure Built From the Ground Up", so I wonder if that means they're fashioning a new engine built specifically for 2D gameplay. If the motion of the blue hedge-ball is any indication, it appears it'll move a little differently (or better) than the Hedgehog Engine in 2D. But hey, for all I know, it IS the Hedgehog Engine, but V2.0 specifically for this game.
